Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Service Fulfillment

We provide digital marketing services that are billed in USD at the beginning of each month. Services outlined in the scope of work are typically fulfilled within that month. If, for any reason, fulfillment is delayed or takes longer than expected, the next month’s payment will either be paused or refunded until the previous month’s work is completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If services agreed upon in the scope of work are not completed within the month, and fulfillment is delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, the next payment will be paused or refunded.

  • Refunds will not apply for work already completed within the scope for that month.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time. However, cancellations made after the start of the billing month will be effective from the following month. No partial refunds will be provided for work already completed during the billing cycle.
